Meeting called to order:

Secretary’s Report:

• All business from previous year had been concluded.

Treasurers Report:

• $2730.70 in treasury
• Received $200 donation
• Trending downward
• 15 people paid so far
• First lease payment made
• Pain AMA $120
• Mowing bill for last year was $995
• Treasurer report accepted by member vote

Safety Report/Field Maintenance:

• Asked landlord about removing trees at West end of runway. He is not sure at this time

• FAA registration now required
• We do not wish to enforce FAA registration
• AMA is not enforcing at events
• Question to allow Park Pilot AMA members was put to vote and members decided to allow them. They will pay full dues
• Discussion of new rules which will be redrafted for next meeting.
