- Taping the runway will be scheduled in a couple weeks. The west taxiway will also need to be repaired and the east taxiway will be replaced with the extra geotex material that we have.
- When flying remember to fly from behind the safety fence and not from the taxiway. The safety fence is there for your protection.

Old Business
- We applied for a field improvement grant from the AMA earlier this year. We expect to hear back from the AMA in April, but by the middle of May we had not heard anything yet. After some searching the AMA website, we found the list of clubs that were awarded field improvement grant and we were not on the list.
- Shelter Update: A new wood post framed shelter option was presented. This will sit on the cement slab and be attached to the cement with metal anchors. The cost of this option would be about $6,000 plus $1,500 for a project manager to supervise and lead the building project for a total of $7,500. We currently have just over $5,200 in our field improvement fund. This leaves us needing $2,300 in donations to able to move forward. After some discussion there was a motion and second to move forward with this design and for donations for the $2,300 and move forward with this shelter option. This motion unanimously passed by member vote. A donation email will be sent out in a few days.
New Business
- It was brought up that the wind sock attached to the sign at the road and on the west side of the field are showing some wear and should be looked at and replace if possible.
- We have TCAF logo iron on transfers available for $10 for a 11” (back of shirt) and a 4” (front of shirt) that can be purchased from Noel Miller. You will need to provide the shirt of your choice to iron the transfers onto. A wide selection of tee shirts are available locally at Hobby Lobby.
